Shipping
We process orders as quickly as possible. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and shipped.
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs: displayed at checkout
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return conditions below.
When can you return?
You can submit a return request in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product (not what you ordered)
Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please contact us at solealuxury.support@gmail.com so we can find a suitable solution together.
How to Return?
- Send an email to solealuxury.support@gmail.com with your order number and a description (+ photo in case of damage)
- We will contact you within 2 business days with further instructions
- Send the product back in its original packaging if possible
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging (unless otherwise agreed)
